One of our favourite parts of going to big conferences like SXSW during events season is meeting new people - and we absolutely love seeing tech companies get super creative with their Business Cards. Check out developer Ash Joliffe's retro Gameboy Rounded Corner Business Cards - don't they just make you want to play? Have a look at our round up of the best techie cards we've seen so far.

If you're looking for new ways to use Postcards at conferences, check out Claire Smith's style. She made badges out of her 'recycled paper ephemera', then created Postcards as a marketing tool by uploading beautiful photos of her badges and attaching a few badges on the other side. She then did the same with MiniCards - she's not leaving anything to chance when she sells her work at exhibitions!

Our "best worst first impression" competition might be our favourite yet - thanks to your willingness to own up (in graphic detail!) to all the brilliantly awful things you've said at events when trying to impress new contacts. Like Ambrosia Jefferson, who went to a conference breakfast meeting in her purple-with-cows-on pyjama bottoms. Or Sara Allen, who said "Yes ma'am"...to a man. Read on to find out who won!
