Expanding from a single product to a fully fledged online seller isn’t easy – but that’s exactly what husband and wife team Zukr Boutique have managed to do. Maggie and David set up their business after spending years traveling the world before settling in Edinburgh. They set up Zukr Boutique from their kitchen, producing a single flagship product – a handmade chocolate lollipop. “The set up was easy because the cost of the product was low” explains Maggie “All we needed was a bowl, some sticks and some packaging and we were away!” Find out what happened next in their extraordinary journey from lollipops to luscious online boutique confectioners.
