Well, that depends on what you order, and how heavy it is. Our pricing is calculated based on weight and destination, which type of shipping you’ve requested and a small packing/handling fee.

- Yes you can! When you reach the payment page, you'll have the option to select expedited shipping, which is useful if you can't wait an extra minute for your order.
- I want to place a large order of gifts, and get them delivered to different places. Do I still qualify for the reduced postage and packaging costs?
- We're afraid not. We can only reduce postage and packaging costs when we send multiple items to the same location.
- How long does it take to PRINT my order?
- This depends on what you order.
It takes 4 business days to print and package Business Cards, MiniCards, Postcards, Notecards or Greeting Cards
4-10 business days to print StickerBooks (orders received by Tuesday midnight GMT will ship the following Monday) - How long does it take to DELIVER my order, once it's been printed?
- Once your items have been printed it takes:
5-10 business days outside the UK
1-2 days inside the UKPlease note that some destinations outside the UK may take longer than the time specified here, depending on the local postal service in your country.
- What days do you send stuff out? And where from?
- MOO ships out products from Monday to Friday. We're based in London, England.
- Do you deliver to where I live?
- Sure! MOO delivers to every country on earth! If you have an address, MOO deliver. We send our orders out via Royal Mail within the UK and DHL for express delivery and deliveries outside of the UK.
- I have to go out! What will happen to my order if I'm not there?

We work really hard at making sure the packages we send out are small enough to fit through a standard letterbox. If you're not in, the postman should be able to pop it through the letterbox, so it should be right there when you get home.
If you've bought a lot of stuff, then your postman should leave you a note and take it back to the depot, where you can collect it.
- I want to place a large order - will it all ship together?
- We try and ship orders of less than 10 items together. If it's more than 10 items, we might have to ship them separately.
- I've got an English version of my address and one in a non-Western alphabet what version do you want?
- If possible, we'd like the English version, please. We can of course print other character sets, but it's easier if you give us the English version, in case we need to look you up.
- Can I track my order?
- You can track the progress of your order in your account. We can tell you if it's being processed, printed or shipped. If you've chosen the express shipping option, we'll also e-mail you a tracking number when your order is dispatched, so you can log on to the DHL site to see when you should expect your little MOO bundle.
