At MOO, we believe that anyone who uses the internet should be fully aware of how their information is used - so we’ve put together this document to explain exactly how we approach handling your data.
Before you read it, the most important thing you need to know is this: your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Giving us your personal details is an act of trust, and one that we take seriously. We will never show your details to anyone else, sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party without your prior and explicit consent. And unless you give us specific consent to act otherwise, the following Privacy and Cookie policy legal document outlines how MOO handles your private information.
We’ve tried to make it as transparent and easy to understand as possible, including an explanation of exactly what a Cookie is, and what we use it for.
Whenever you are asked for personal information while visiting MOO (and where Cookies are being used), you’ll be able to read our Privacy Policy (this document) via the ‘Help’ tab at the top of the page.

Jokes about baked goods aside, Cookies are really nothing to get worried about. They’re simply tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages.
MOO Print Ltd use Cookies to improve the quality of our service and make it easier for you to use. We do this by storing your preferences in Cookies and by tracking user trends - for example, we use Cookies to allow you to automatically log into MOO.COM after your first session – basically, eliminating the need to remember and type in your username and password.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept Cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, some parts of MOO.COM may not function properly if you refuse Cookies – but that’s up to you. Cookies can't harm your computer. We don't store personally identifiable information like credit card details in our Cookies, but we do use encrypted information gathered from them to help improve your experience of MOO.COM.
We also have relationships with carefully selected suppliers (nice ones!) who may also set Cookies during your visit to be used for remarketing purposes - in other words, to show you different products and services that you might be interested in. If you'd like to opt out, you may like to use the tools provided by the Network Advertising Initiative website.
To get the most out of MOO.COM, your computer will need to accept Cookies, as we’re only able to provide you with certain personalised features of our website by using them.
Just to emphasise, our Cookies don't store sensitive personal information: they simply hold the 'key' that, once you're signed in, is associated with this information. However, if you'd prefer to restrict, block or delete Cookies from MOO.COM, or any other website, you can use your browser to do this. Each browser is different; so check the 'Help' menu of your particular browser to learn how to change your Cookie preferences. Still a bit unsure? Have a look at the list of the main Cookies we use, and what we use them for. This, and the following partner Cookie table are kept absolutely up to date so that you can always get an accurate picture of our current Cookie activity.
